Enthymion’s head chef, Annivas Pitylakis, has obtained a Grand Diplôme de Cuisine et de Patisserie from the international School “Le Cordon Bleu- Paris”.
His continuous travels, combined with his extensive experience in restaurants in Paris, the French Riviera and Ibiza, result in a graceful blend of culinary elements inspired by traditional French cuisine, but always served with a modern twist!
